Julie Skaling Physiotherapy Clinic - Kentville, Nova Scotia
Julie Skaling Physiotherapy Clinic is looking to hire:
Booking appointments on internet based program:
- answering phones and taking messages
- billing insurance companies and patients and collecting payments
- typing letters (medical terminology helpful)
- assisting the professional staff with showing patients in to treatment areas, tidying up after a patient leaves, laundry, and light cleaning
- must be able to multi-task
- 24-30 hours/week, three evenings a week
- willing to cover vacation and sick leaves (paid up to 40 hours/week)
- medical plan available
- rate of pay to be negotiated at an interview / secretary
Julie Skaling Physiotherapy Clinic profile:
Busy Physiotherapy Clinic, open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday with 4 Physiotherapists, 2 Massage Therapists, and several contracted Professionals and support staff. 2 other front desk staff share the duties.
