London Family Health Team is looking to hire:
The Executive Director is a middle management position responsible to the physician executive and Board of
Directors of the LFHT to advise on matters related to policy, quality monitoring, operations, and health human
resources. The Executive Director is responsible to supervise and develop plans around recruitment and retention.
Working with the Board he/she develops strategic plans and acts as a liaison with the community and the Ministry of
Health and Long Term Care. The Executive Director supports clinical programs through actively developing team
based, patient-centered practices that meet professional and best-practice standards of care.
