Now searching for a Vice President of Operations for Vancouver, BC

The ideal candidate will have substantial multi-unit restaurant operations experience, worked in high growth franchise environments opening large numbers of franchises, worked in the US and Canadian markets, improved existing franchise systems through coaching, training development and implementation. Experience in franchise sales, real estate and construction, a bonus.

The Vice President of Operations provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as day-to-day leadership and management to all company operations functions.

Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and franchisees
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, develop and execute strategies and tactics
• Ability to rely on experience, judgment, and creativity to plan and accomplish goals

• 10+ years of restaurant franchise experience in increasingly responsible restaurant management position
• Must have demonstrated ability to effectively manage a multi-location company
• Must have experience with new location openings and creating operations systems / managing training material
